Your client’s newly ordered or existing furnishings, should they require warehousing, will not just be received by us, they will be thoroughly inspected for damages. Our temperature-controlled warehouses are kept meticulously clean and are fitted with regularly inspected sprinkler and alarm systems.

Despatch’s proprietary online inventory tool is a favorite among designers and is just one of the many creative tools we bring to the table. This program allows you to remotely preview and monitor your clients’ orders, big and small.
We can digitally photograph each piece received and attach these images to a 24/7 accessed, online inventory. This will allow you to verify that what you ordered in teal didn’t get delivered in taupe.
Reports can be exported into Excel for easy manipulation. Having real-time knowledge as to what has been received and/or delivered to the warehouse, including view-ready and print-ready copies of pack slips, as well as Despatch’s delivery tickets, gives you total control.

Our delivery crews — neatly dressed and always in uniform —are schooled in the art of the move. They’re well versed in the handling of fine furnishings. Deliveries will be placed in the proper rooms. Furniture will be assembled as agreed to, and all packing debris will be removed.
Should your client require services such as the hanging of valued artwork, the cleating of headboards to walls, or the installation of electronics, Despatch can provide these services as well with highly trained professionals.
